Dr Sheila Dobee doesn’t teach theory. She leads a multi-specialty dental practice in Silicon Valley and teaches what is working inside it now.
With more than 24 years in dentistry, she is a professional public speaker who has appeared on large stages before thousands of dentists. She is the main MC of the Bay Area Dental Expo—2024, 2025, and 2026—and has appeared on keynote stages for Glidewell Labs. She serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Colgate and Perimetrics and as a Clinical Advisor to Velmeni.ai.
Dr Sheila Dobee earned her dental degree from King’s College London and Guy’s Hospital, London. She completed leadership training at the Kellogg School and speaker training at Stanford, and holds a Master’s in NLP (science of communication).
Incisal Edge named her an “Industry Trailblazer” in 2026, and she has also been named American Business Woman of the Year. She currently represents California dentists at the state legislative level as Board Component Representative for the California Dental Association.
Her media experience includes hosting television programs for TieCon, INDTV, and Healing Our Earth, as well as interviewing celebrities on the red carpet.
